Golden State Warriors Forward Kevin Durant left Wednesday night’s game with the Houston Rockets with a Right Calf Strain. Many feared that it could have been a torn Achilles when he limped off the floor with 2:05 left in the third quarter.
He will have an MRI on Thursday to find out the extent of the injury. The Warriors went on to win the game 104-99 to take a 3 games to 2 series lead with game 6 on Friday night in Houston.
When he left the game, Durant had 22 points and is averaging 34.2 points a game in the 2019 NBA playoffs.
