The New York Knicks announced on Friday, that point guard Frank Ntilikina’s season is over. The second year player from France had suffered a groin injury that had kept him out of action over the last 2 months of the season.
He re-aggravated the injury in Sunday’s loss to the L.A Clippers. Frank finished the season playing in 43 games and averaged 5.3 points per game.
The team’s medical staff said it would not be in his best interest to play in the remaining games of the season.
