Blake Griffin Out Indefinitely

On Tuesday, the Detroit Pistons annouced that forward Blake Griffin had suregery on his left knee that potentially will keep him out for the rest of the season.

Pistons head coach Dwayne Casey told the media before Tuesday’s victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers, that he has not been given any indication that Griffin will return this season.

Blake was averaging a career-low 15.5 points and 4.7 rebounds in the 18 games he played this season. This was Griffin’s 2 surgery on the same knee in the last 10 months. He had surgery on the left knee back in April.

Detroit is 14-24 this season and have been involved in trade rumors about their other all-star Andre Drummond.
